Johnson-Cousins BVRI photometry for faint field stars
ftp://ftp.lowell.edu/pub/bas/starcats/loneos.phot
within the specified radius around the specified R.A. and Decl.

For example, please execute it as follows, in order to search data within 5.0 arcmin from R.A. 12h34m56s.78, Decl. +12o34'56".7.
